Zweeloo Woman was bog body discovered in Drenthe, Netherlands in the year 1951. It is estimated that her age is approximately 500 AD. She had been placed into a pit in one of the bogs. It can be observed that she also suffered from dyschondrosteosis, meaning that the length of her arms and legs were shorter than average. The reason for her death was not determined, however roundworms were found and indicated possible sickness. When the body was found it consisted of organs, skin and bones. It is likely that she died around the age of 35.
