Hor-Djer also known as one of the third Pharaohs of the first dynasty was a king in Egypt. During his alive he was highly involved in a polygamous relationship. He had to offspring’s a son and daughter and had many wives but his main wife was Herneith. According to ancient historians Djer was also an intelligent physician that practiced medical work for people.
Due to the fact both father and son were kings, they were both buried in a large tomb at Abydos. In those times when a king died, they were buried with a special member from their household, this was to ensure that the pharaoh had a servant in his or her afterlife
