In 2015, contract archaeologists found a mummy while doing preliminary digging at the site of the planned Singleton Stone quarry in Eagle Creek Township, Indiana. The ancient human remains could be between 500 years old and 2,000 years old.

Studies

Preliminary findings from the University of Indianapolis determined the human remains are at least 75 years old.
